Plain English first. You pay $19 once and get the whole 30-day course forever. Days 1–3 are free with no card. Don't share your account or try to break the code sandbox. If the purchase isn't for you, email us within 14 days for a refund.

1. What this is

KESTREL-9 (“the Service”) is an online course that teaches Python through a 30-day mission campaign, operated by Primoris Partners LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Free trial and payment

Days 1–3 and the Bridge simulation are free and require no payment details. Unlocking Days 4–30, the bonus arcade, the capstone workspace, and graduation is a one-time payment of $19 USD. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Access does not expire.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD; your bank may add conversion fees.

3. Refunds

If the course isn't for you, email support@kestrel9.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no interrogation. Refunded accounts return to free-trial access.

4. Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it's been compromised. You may delete your progress at any time from the Profile page.

5. Running code

The Service executes Python you write, inside a restricted sandbox with time, memory, filesystem, and network limits. You agree not to attempt to escape that sandbox, attack the infrastructure, mine cryptocurrency, degrade the service for others, or use the Service to process unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Content and licence

Course material, artwork, and the KESTREL-9 name remain the property of Primoris Partners LLC. You may use them for your own learning; you may not redistribute, resell, or republish the course content. Code you write is yours.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance and outages happen. We may add, change, or retire features. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and offer an export of your progress.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Primoris Partners LLC's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Primoris Partners LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
